It’s been a while since GAT has had a guest writer or photographer, but my dear friend Andy stepped in to do his first-ever set of concert photos so I could go dance to my little heart’s desire with girlfriends at the Lane 8 show the same night.

flipturn invited GAT to shoot Saturday night’s show in Saint Paul, which was their sixth show in MN. They went from playing The Entry to The Palace in just a little over 3 years. Their sophomore album, Burnout Days, was released in January to critical acclaim. While they’ve been playing together for years now, it feels like we haven’t seen an indie band take off this way since the likes of Peach Pit, Goth Babe, Briston Maroney, or The Backseat Lovers, which is a fun arc to watch!
